Petra and the team from Living Hope Social Care, were fabulous. They were so professional, friendly and supportive and had so much empathy for a 96 year old lady who was unused to receiving help in her own home, putting her at ease whilst being so attentive. Very deserving of a 5 star review.

We contacted Living Hope Social Care as we needed additional support for my Mum, who was in the advanced stages of Parkinson's Disease. One of the symptoms of Parkinson's is acute anxiety, so it was imperative that we found the right person to look after her.Petra from Living Hope Social Care was just the person we were looking for: Kind, Calm, Understanding, Knowledgeable and extremely professional. Mum took to her immediately. This was a high intensity care call as Mum had severe physical disabilities and it takes a special kind of person to undertake the work that was involved, and enable Mum to stay in her own home.I would highly recommend her.
